Heavy weight workout with Steve. Items needed:
- 5-15 pound object/weight
- A very light weight (about 2-5 pounds)
- TRX Straps (if unavailable, a shovel across 2 chairs to pull yourself up from a supine position)
- An elastic band or similar item
- Two equal heavy weights
- Medicine ball or basketball/volleyball/soccer ball
- OPTIONAL: Broomstick
