Weights and Sweating with Steve

Heavy weight workout with Steve. Items needed:

  • 5-15 pound object/weight
  • A very light weight (about 2-5 pounds)
  • TRX Straps (if unavailable, a shovel across 2 chairs to pull yourself up from a supine position)
  • An elastic band or similar item
  • Two equal heavy weights
  • Medicine ball or basketball/volleyball/soccer ball
  • OPTIONAL: Broomstick
